As THIALH jewelry pieces are made of carefully selected precious materials, each piece is cared for in its own way.
- Exclusive maintenance guide
- Daily maintenance of jewellery
Do not let jewellery make contact with perfume, soap or chemical products, or cosmetics, otherwise it will change the colour and appearance of the jewellery. It is recommended to put on jewellery only after any perfumes or cosmetics are dry ;
Do not allow jewellery to come into direct contact with water (clear water, chlorine, or salt water. Avoid exposure to high-temperature heat sources (long exposure to the sun, etc.);
Before wearing the jewellery, please examine the fasteners to determine whether the safety buckle is intact, and whether the gemstone is tightly inlaid. If there is a sway or a slight squeak, it means that the gemstone is not tightly inlaid and may fall out of the setting.
If the jewellery has hanging thread when being rubbed with light and thin fabric, it means that the prong setting is loose, do not wear the jewellery. Instead, return the piece to the THIALH boutique for examination.

It is recommended that each piece of THIALH jewellery be cleaned on a regular basis. If your jewellery is inlaid with precious stones such as malachite, chalcedony, pearls, emeralds, etc., it is recommended that they should be professionally cleaned by THIALH boutiques;
If your jewellery is not inlaid with precious stones, you can clean it yourself. Put the jewellery in warm water with dissolved detergent, brush gently with a soft brush, rinse with warm, clean water, and dry with a soft, dry cloth;
It is recommended that your jewellery be sent to the THIALH boutique every year for checking, cleaning, and brightening.
- Storage of jewellery pieces
Because jewellery pieces may scratch each other if they are in contact, do not store pieces together. It is recommended that you store each piece separately in a THIALH jewellery box;
Necklaces should be buckled and kept flat to avoid knotting or link deformation.
