1. Eligibility for purchase
Goods may only be ordered via the THIALH official website by persons who
a) An adult of legal age (18 years).
b) have full civil capacity to enter into a contract.
2. Level of availability of goods, number of items that can be purchased per order
All orders received via the THIALH website are subject to THIALH's level of supply and the availability of scarce materials and are subject to THIALH's internal review before being accepted. We may refuse an order if we are unable to supply the goods after due diligence or if we believe for legitimate reasons that the order is in breach of these terms and conditions.
No more than 5 items and no more than 2 identical items can be ordered per order during any one purchase.
3. Registered member/guest purchases
Registered Member Checkout
- To create an account, customers must provide valid personal information such as their real name, phone number and email address, and be of legal age.
- Registered customers will receive a registration email.
- Registered customers can check all transactions online from the time their account is created.
Guest Checkout
- If a customer checks out as a guest, they will not be provided with access to all previous transactions.
THIALH does everything possible to ensure that members have ideal access to all services associated with their membership. However, THIALH cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by Members in the event of system upgrades, malfunctions or other special circumstances and in the event of any exceptional circumstances or force majeure (e.g. catastrophic weather, malicious third party abuse, etc.) that prevent THIALH from performing its duties. In the event of a breach of clause 5.5 of the Member's Terms of Use, we reserve the right to cancel and terminate the customer's account and to notify the member by email or telephone.
4. Display of product prices on the website
THIALH website is an e-commerce company in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau SAR and Taiwan). The prices include do not include shipping costs, which will be displayed when the order is generated.
We would also like to remind you that you may be liable for additional customs duties for the shipment of your products, depending on the local policies of the different receiving locations.
5. Payment
5.1 Cash on delivery is not accepted on the official website for mainland China.
5.2 Payment is currently only made through third party service providers (WeChat, Alipay, credit card/CUP). After placing an order the customer has to transfer the payment to our bank account within 1 hour, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
5.3 Invoice, the customer will receive: a bill and a general invoice from the People's Republic of China.
5.4 Security of the payment
We have encrypted all web pages that collect personal information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, but we do not guarantee that the data submitted by the customer to our website is completely safe and uncompromised, e.g. we are not responsible for damage caused by hacking.
6. Orders
6.1 Confirmation of order generation
The order processing process on the THIALH website allows the customer to review the order and correct any errors before submitting it.
This order confirmation does not mean that THIALH has accepted your order.
6.2 Order payment confirmation
The sending of an order payment confirmation e-mail indicates that THIALH has accepted the customer's order and that a binding sales contract exists.
6.3 Delivery of your order
THIALH will inform you by e-mail when the goods you have ordered have been delivered.
7. Delivery policy
The customer will be notified by e-mail when the goods are ordered for delivery.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery lead times will be summarised in the order generation confirmation. If you require further information you will be asked to call the Customer Centre.(Items will be dispatched within 20 days at the latest)
Registered customers will be able to access their order delivery number on the My Account page of the website or through the Customer Centre. This delivery note number will also be displayed in the order delivery email.
Each delivery package contains.
- THIALH merchandise
- Warranty maintenance card
- A bill showing the order number(E-bill, can be obtained by contacting email)
8. Return policy
8.1 Customer's right to return goods for a refund
Customers are entitled to return goods ordered on the official website and receive a refund within 7 days from receipt of the goods according to the People's Republic of China internet order (except for personalised goods).
Contact us by email to return or exchange an item
We will refund the original buyer (not the gift recipient if the item was delivered as a gift) within seven days of receipt of the return for the purchase price paid for the item, provided the returned item meets our quality control testing requirements.
8.2 Return process
Items purchased on the website cannot be returned to the THIALH Boutique.
Items not purchased on the website cannot be returned in accordance with these terms of sale.
Conditions of return: They must be returned in a new and unused condition.
The following steps must be followed to return an item.
Please call the Customer Service Centre (see website for telephone numbers), obtain the address of the THIALH Returns Service by email and a returns form with a returns number.
i) Contact us by e-mail. (info@thialh.com)
ii) place the completed returns form together with the THIALH product, certificate of authenticity, warranty card, test certificate and all other documentation in the box and delivery parcel used for the original delivery of the THIALH product.
iii) please include the invoice on our company's letterhead or an invoice with a fixed amount (if available)
iv) seal the delivery parcel.
v) return the parcel to the THIALH Returns Service address provided by the Customer Service Centre.
If you wish to return the item to THIALH, you must bear the return shipping costs. If the item is found to be defective due to THIALH during quality control (QC) testing, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs. However, you should provide our customer service centre with an invoice containing our name or a fixed amount invoice. You must keep the proof of delivery. THIALH will not be liable without such proof. Only goods received by the THIALH Returns Service are eligible for a refund in accordance with these terms of sale. On receipt of the returned goods, THIALH will check that the returned goods comply with these terms of sale.
9. Customer exchanges
Customers may exchange items purchased on the website for THIALH items of equal value, provided that the items exchanged comply with the terms of sale.
The customer will need to call the Customer Service Centre to cancel the sales order for the returned item and create a new order for the item to be exchanged.
10. Repairs
In the event that an item ordered online needs to be repaired, our Customer Service Centre must be contacted (see website for telephone number and email address).
11. Manufacturer's guarantee
Our products are subject to strict management testing.
12. Pricing standardity, product descriptions
Every effort has been made to ensure that any information provided on our website, advertisements, catalogues or customer service centres is accurate.
If the exact price of a THIALH item is higher than the price shown on the website, we will contact the customer prior to delivery of the order and seek instructions. If we do not receive your instructions, we will refuse the order and inform you of the situation.
We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, photographs or images of THIALH works online or in our catalogue are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that the above information or other content is completely error-free, whether as a result of inaccuracy, oversight, obsolescence or otherwise. Concomitantly, in the event of such an error, the customer's only recourse is to return the work in accordance with our return policy.
